We offer a variety of technical support
for our customers.
In-Shop - You may contact us to make
an appointment for bringing your equipment in or just come
in with your computer.
On-Site - You may contact us to make
an on-site appointment for one of our experienced technician
to visit you. Emergency and same day appointments are also
available.
Warranty & RMA - Our standard
warranty is one year parts and two years labor. Extended
warranty is available upon request. All defective or
returning equipment require an RMA number (Returned
Materials Authorization).

Tips before contacting
When you are planning to
call or e-mail us, please keep the below recommendations in
mind.

If you are calling for
support on a particular product, ensure you have all
applicable numbers. For example, the Serial Number and
Model number of the particular device or computer.

If you are calling for
support for a computer product, ensure you are next to
the product in question in case troubleshooting or
additional information is required off of the product.

Have a piece of paper
and pencil prepared in case instructions are given or
additional contact information is given.

If you believe the
product in question is bad or needs to be replaced, have
all purchase information available.

If you are planning on
purchasing and/or the support call is fee-based, have
your credit card ready to be given over the phone.
